2 Fixes for Spotify Not Working on Apple TV

Basic Fixes

Fix 1: Check if the Device Limit Has Exceeded

If you are using aSpotify Premium account, a certain device limit is attached to your subscription. For example, you can stream up to six devices simultaneously with a Spotify Premium Family subscription. So check if the device limit has exceeded.

Step 1:Open the web browser on your computer and then visitSpotify website.

Step 2: Sign into your Spotify account. Click theProfileicon and then chooseAccount.

Step 3:On the Account Settings page, selectAccount Overviewfrom the left menu.

Step 2:Scroll down and thencheck your current Spotify subscription plan.

Fix 2: Check Your Payment Method

While you are checking your Spotify Premium subscription plan, we also suggest checking your payment method.

OpenSpotify on your web browser> Account > Account Overview, then click Update to fix the payment method.
