Fix 1: Clear Browser Cache

Clear Cache in Safari
Step 1:OpenSafarion your Mac > clickSafariat the top right corner > selectSettings.
Step 2:Click thePrivacytab and selectManage Website Data.
Step 3:Search forWhatsApp, select the listing, and click onRemove>Doneto confirm.
Clear Cache in Firefox on Mac and Windows
Step 1:Open Firefox on your Mac or Windows PC. Click thehamburger menuat the top right corner > selectSettings.
Step 2:SelectPrivacy and Securityfrom the top left corner. Scroll down and click onClear Dataunder Cookies and Site Data.
Step 3:Click onClearat the bottom right corner to confirm.
If this doesn’t work, switch to a different web browser.
