Open the YouTube app on your smartphone and tap on yourprofileicon at the bottom. Choose theTime watched.
Method 2: Find YouTube Time Watched Using Phone Screen Time
You can also use your screen time feature on iPhone orDigital Well-beingon Android to know the YouTube watching stats.
On iPhone:Go toSettings > Screen Time>See All App & Website Activity, and openYouTubefrom the list.
On Android:Go toSettings > Digital Wellbeing > Dashboard > See All Appsand openYouTubefrom the list.

How to Set Take a Break Reminder
YouTube also allows users to set reminders and notifications to help manage their time on the platform.
Step 1:OpenYouTube> Tap yourprofileicon and chooseTime Watched.
Step 2:Scroll down and toggle onRemind me to take a break. Set the time limit and tapDone.
Set Bedtime Reminders on YouTube
You can also make YouTube remind you when it’s bedtime.
Step 1:Open YouTube and tap on yourprofile icon > Time watched.
Step 2:Toggle onRemind me when it’s bedtime. Choose theStart timeandEnd time. After setting the bedtime reminder, tapOKto confirm.
