3 Fixes for Cast Media to Device Not Working in Microsoft Edge

Basic Fixes
Fix 1: Enable Allow All Sites to Initiate Mirroring
This is a feature on the Edge browser that needs to be enabled on the backend to use the feature. The same was suggested on aMicrosoft forumas well.
Step 1:Visit theFlags webpagein the Microsoft Edge browser by opening a new tab.
Step 2:Use the dropdown menu to enable the feature ofAllow all sites to initiate mirroring.
Fix 2: Clear Edge Browser Cache
If the ‘Cast Media to Device’ option is still not working in Microsoft Edge, you can try clearing the browser cache on your Mac or Windows PC. This will remove all the browser preferences and restore all settings to default. Check outhow to clear cache and cookies in Microsoft Edge.
Fix 3: Reset All Settings
As the name suggests, this will reset all settings to default on your Edge browser version.
OpenEdge > Settings > Reset Settings > Reset settings to their default values > Reset.
