Why Your PlayStation 5 Captures Won’t Show Up in the PS App?

Step 1:On your PS5, open theSettingsmenu and head toUsers and Accounts.

Step 3:Navigate toOther>Console Sharing and Offline Play.

Step 4:Select theEnableoption.

Uninstall andreinstall the PS app on your phoneafter this, and see if the issue persists.

Fix 3: Check the Internet Connection on the Console

If the internet connection on your PS5 is slow or unreliable, it may keep showing the “Can’t Upload” error. To avoid this, test your connection by running an internet speed test on your PS5.

Step 1:Open the PS5Settingsmenu and head to theNetworkoption.

Step 3:In theConnection Statustab, chooseTest Internet Connection.

Wait for PS5 to return the internet test results. If there is a problem with your network connection, switch to a different connection and try again.
