Fix 1: Repair or Reset Microsoft Store
If the Microsoft Store isn’t functioning as expected, repair or reset the app using the built-in tool. Here’s how.
Step 1:Press theWindowskey > typeMicrosoft Store>right-clickon the Microsoft Store result > clickApp Settings.
Step 2:From the Resetmenu, selectRepair, and let Windows fix the Microsoft Store misbehavior on your computer.
You may also return and selectReset.
Fix 2: Clear Microsoft Store Cache
Microsoft Store not opening on Windows 11 might be due to an absurd amount of data collected by the store. You need to clear the cache.
Step 1:PressWindows+Rto open the Run dialog.
Step 2:Type the command below and whiteEnter.
Windows will showcase a blank Command Prompt menu. After a few seconds, the system will close windows and automatically open the Microsoft Store.
Fix 3: Check Computer’s Time
Inaccuratedate and timeon your computer may prevent the Microsoft Store from opening in Windows 11. Let’s fix it from the Windows Settings menu.
Step 1:PressWindows+Ito open Settings > click theTime & languagemenu.
Step 2:ClickDate & time> in the next window, enableSet time automaticallytoggle.
While you are at it, check your current Time zone as well. Restart the computer and try to access the Microsoft Store again.
