3 Ways to Fix Amazon Prime Video Not Working on iPhone and iPad

Fix 1: Sign out and Sign Back into Prime Video

Step 3:Tap onMy Account.
Step 4:Tap onSign outand confirm your decision. Then, sign back in and check again.
Fix 2: Remove Unnecessary Devices From Prime Video App
Amazon Prime Video allows streaming on up to three devices at once. That means up to 3 people can watch movies and TV shows from Prime Video simultaneously. If you have shared your Prime Video account credentials with friends and family, it’s time to revoke their permission. Here’s how.
Step 1:OpenPrime Video> tap onprofile picture>Settings.
Step 2:Tap onRegistered devices.
Step 3:HitDeregisterbeside unnecessary devices and confirm your decision.

Fix 3: Reinstall the Prime Video App
You can uninstall and reinstall the Prime Video app and try using it again. This will delete any app settings or data that might stop it from working properly. Follow the below steps to do it.
Step 1:Long-press thePrime Video app icon> selectRemove App.
Step 2:HitDelete App.
Now, go to the App Store and download the Prime Video app again. Then, log in with your Prime Video account and see if the app is working as expected.
