Basic Fixes
Fix 1: Unplug and Re-Plug Fire TV Stick
Amazon recommends unplugging your Fire TV Stick device from the power outlet for at least 3 seconds and plugging it back in. This can help hard reboot any Fire TV Stick device that is stuck on the Amazon logo screen and unresponsive to remote commands.
Fix 2: Use a Different Power Outlet
If the power outlet you use is faulty or doesn’t have enough power, it can cause the Fire TV Stick device to malfunction and get stuck on the logo screen. In this case, plug the device into a different socket and try using it again.
Tip:You can also plug your Fire TV Stick device into a socket right next to or closer to your Wi-Fi router and leave it for a while. Then, plug it near your TV and try using it again.
Fix 3: Reset Your Fire TV Stick
Corrupted apps and files on your Fire TV Stick could also cause it to freeze during usage or get stuck on the Amazon logo screen during start-up. In this case, resetting the Fire TV Stick will reset it completely and remove any such items. Here’s how to do it.
Step 1:Press and hold the remote’srightandbackbuttons simultaneously for at least 10 seconds.
Now, release the buttons and follow the on-screen instructions toreset your Fire TV Stick. Once done, power it on and see if the issue has been fixed.
