3 Ways to Fix Microsoft Teams Not Loading or Opening

Basic Fixes
Fix 1: Clear the Teams Cache
While a cache is an easy way to increase Teams’ speed and efficiency, it will affect the service’s core operation if corrupted. You may delete the cache to fix this problem.
Step 1:PressCtrl+Shift+Escto open the Task Manager.
Step 2:Right-clickon Teams and clickEnd Task.
Step 3:Open File Explorer by pressingWindows+E> navigating to the path below > replacingusernamewith your actual user name:
Step 4:Delete all thecontentof the folder andrestartTeam.
On your Android device, you may follow the steps below to Delete the Team cache.
Step 1:OpenSettings> go to the app list orAppssection > click onTeams.
Step 2:Tap onClear dataat the bottom > selectClear all data.
Fix 2: Repair and Reset Microsoft Teams (Windows)
If the Microsoft Teams app is not loading or opening, some valuable files may be corrupted. Your Windows computer’s built-in repair function can fix this.
Step 1:Press themagnifying lenson the Start menu, typeTeams, and click onApp settings.
Step 2:Click onRepairandrestartTeams. If the problem persists, click onReset.
Fix 3: Reinstall Microsoft Teams
If none of the solutions worked, uninstall and reinstall the app. You may long-tap the icon on a mobile device and selectUninstallorDelete. On your Windows computer, follow the steps below.
Step 1:PressWindows+Rto open the Run dialog, typeappwiz.cpl, and hitEnter.
Step 2:Click the Teams app from the app list, clickUninstall, and follow the wizard to complete the process.
Step 3:Navigate to theTeams official page, download a new version, and install it.
