Fix 1: Sign Out and Sign In
Signing out of your Snapchat account and signing back in helps refresh the app’s connection to the server, potentially resolving the issue.
Step 1:Tap theprofile iconat the top left corner > tap thegear iconat the top right corner.
Step 2:Scroll to the bottom and tapLog Out> selectLog Outagain to confirm.Restartthe app >sign back into see if you can send snaps now.
Fix 2: Clear App Cache
Snapchat might misbehave on your phone if its existing cache data has become outdated or corrupted. Thankfully, Snapchat includes an option toclear the cachewithin its settings menu. Here’s how to access it.
