3 Ways to Fix the Shortcuts App Missing or Not Working on iPhone

Fix 1: Reset the Home Screen Layout

If the Shortcuts app is missing from your iOS home screen,reset its layoutto restore all app icons to their default positions. This will help you easily find and launch the Shortcuts app on your iPhone.

Step 1:Open theSettingsapp > selectGeneral> tapTransfer or Reset iPhone.

Fix 2: Exclude the App From Screen Time

The Offload Unused Apps setting on your iPhone automatically removes apps you haven’t used in a long time. If you haven’t used Shortcuts in a while, the App Store might have offloaded it. Toggle it off from youriPhone settingsto prevent it.

Step 1:Open iPhoneSettings> scroll down and selectApp Store.

Step 2:Scroll to the bottom and toggle offOffload Unused Appsto disable it.
