3 Ways to Fix YouTube Comments Not Showing on iPhone and Android

Fix 1: Change Your YouTube Account

Step 1:Tap on theprofile iconat the top right corner. Tap on the> iconnext to your account name.

Step 2:You will be shown the Accounts page. Tap onAdd Account. Once you add a new account, it will show up underOther accounts. Select the new account to switch.

Fix 2: Clear Cache

On iPhone

Offloading an applicationon your iPhone removes temporary data, including cache and junk files. However, it maintains all the other essential data, such as your sign-in information, in-app downloads and purchases, etc.

Step 1:On your iPhone, go toSettings>General>iPhone Storage

Step 2:Scroll down, select theYouTube app, and tap onOffload App. Tap on the Offload App again to confirm.

On Android

On iPhone

Step 1:Open theSettings appand selectSafari. Tap onExtensions.

On Android

If you have an ad blocker app installed on your Android device, uninstall it to try and restore the comment section under a YouTube video.

Step 1:Long-press on theapp icon> selectApp Info.
