Step 1:Click on the Windows Search icon on the Taskbar, typeOneNote, and click on the OneNote application.

Step 3:Click New on the left sidebar. On the right, select a location where it will get saved, give it a name, and then click Create Notebook.

Step 4:Click the Insert menu and select the Page Template option.
