4 Ways to Fix Microsoft Excel Stuck at Starting on Windows 11/10

Preliminary Fixes

Fix 1: Use Quick Repair For Microsoft Office

Step 1:Press the Windows + I keys to openSettings.

Step 2:SelectAppsand click onInstalled Appsfrom the right-hand side.

Step 3:Scroll toMicrosoft Office.

Fix 2: Use Online Repair With Microsoft Office
