4 Ways to Fix “Unfortunately, Settings Has Stopped” on Android

Basic Fixes
Fix 1: Clear Settings App Cache
If you keep intermittently getting the error pop-up message on your device, clear the cache data of the Settings app on your Android phone. That should help fix the issue.
Go toSettings App Info>Storage and cache>Clear cache> tap onOk.

Fix 2: Update Settings Services App

Fix 3: Clear Google Play Services Cache
