4 Ways to Fix WhatsApp Not Sending Pictures From iPhone

Fix 1: Check App Permissions

A lack of relevant app permissions can prevent WhatsApp from working properly on your iPhone. For instance, if you’ve denied WhatsApp access to photos or mobile data, you could experience problems. Here’s how to fix that.

Step 1:Open theSettingsapp and scroll down to tap onWhatsApp.

Step 2:Allow all the required permissions by enabling their respective toggles.

Fix 2: Set the Correct Date and Time

If your iPhone is set to an incorrect date or time, WhatsApp might fail to connect to its servers and also show aninaccurate date or time error. To avoid this, configure your iPhone to use the network-provided date and time.

Step 1:Launch theSettingsapp and navigate toGeneral > Date & Time.

Step 2:Turn on the toggle forSet Automatically.

Fix 3: Disable Low Data Mode

Low Data Mode can restrict an app’s ability to use the internet effectively on your phone. So, if you’ve been using Low Data Mode on your iPhone, consider turning it off. To disable Low Data Mode on Wi-Fi:

Step 1:Open theSettingsapp > tapWi-Fi.

Step 2:Tap theinfo iconnext to your Wi-Fi network and toggle offLow Data Mode.

Likewise, if you use mobile data, use the steps below to disable Low Data Mode.

Step 1:Open up theSettingsapp > navigate toMobile Data.

Step 2:Tap onMobile Data Optionsand disableLow Data Modefrom the following menu.

Fix 4: Reset Network Settings

Misconfigured network settings on your iPhone could also result in such issues. Identifying the incorrect setting can be time-consuming. Instead, you shouldreset existing network settingsand start over.

Step 1:Open theSettingsapp > navigate toGeneral> tap onTransfer or Reset iPhone.

Step 2:Tap onResetat the bottom > chooseReset Network Settingsfrom the menu.

Step 2:Enter your lock screen password and tap on theReset Network Settingsconfirmation box to start the restoration process.
