Try Basic Fixes

Step 1:Open theSettingsapp and navigate toGeneral.

Step 2:TapDate & Timeand toggle onSet Automatically.

Fix 2: Delete and Re-Add Account

Another option is to remove your account from the Mail app and add it back. This will allow you to set up your account from scratch and fix misconfigured settings.

Step 1:Launch theSettingsapp and scroll down to tapMail.

Step 1:Open theSettingsapp > navigate toGeneral> tap onTransfer or Reset iPhone.

Step 2:Tap onResetat the bottom > chooseReset Network Settings.
