Basic Fixes

Fix 1: Switch to Default System Launcher

I’ve noticed that a few widgets from MIUI apps do not work on third-party launchers. Try switching to the default system launcher.

OpenSettings > Home screen > Default launcherand selectSystem launcher.

Fix 2: Remove Icons to Accommodate Widget

If your home screen doesn’t have enough space to accommodate the widget, you will see an error message. You can add the widget again after removing a few icons on your home screen.
