How to Add Holidays in Outlook Calendar App on Mobile
Let’s check how to add holidays to the Outlook Calendar app for Android and iPhone. You can add a holiday as an event in your current calendar. The steps remain the same for Outlook app on Android and iPhone.
Step 1:Open theOutlook appon your iPhone or Android and then tap onCalendarat the bottom.
Step 2:Select the date of your holiday and then tap thePlusicon at the bottom-right corner to add your holiday.
Step 3:Enter thedetails of your holidayand then enable it as anAll-Day Event. You can also tap on Repeat and set the Holiday on repeating yearly frequency.
If you have multiple calendars from different email accounts, tap thedownward arrow iconat the top and select the calendar where you want to add this holiday.
Step 4:Tap theTickicon at the top-right corner to confirm.
Remove Holidays From Outlook Calendar App on Mobile
Step 1:Open theCalendarapp on your iPhone or Android phone.
Step 2:Tap on theholiday nameyou added and then tap theEditicon at the top-right corner.
Step 3:Tap onDelete Eventat the bottom and then selectDeleteagain to confirm.

For users with multiple email accounts, here’s how you can see the holidays in your Outlook calendar.
Step 1:Open theOutlookapp on your iPhone or Android phone.
Step 2:Tap onCalendarat the bottom and thentap your account iconat the top-left corner.
Step 3:Enable thecalendars depending on your email accountwhose holidays you want to see.
How to Add Holidays in Outlook Calendar on Web
If you prefer using your Outlook account on the web, here’s how you can add holidays.
Click theCalendar icon on the left panel > Add calendar > Create blank calendar > Save.
Step 2: Double-click on the datein your calendar to add a holiday.
Step 3:Click thedownward arrow iconand then select the holiday calendar you created.
Step 4:Add the holiday details and enable the option ofAll Day.
Step 5:Click onSaveat the top-left side to confirm.
Toremove a holidayfrom the web version of the Outlook Calendar, double-click on the holiday name and then click onDelete.

On Windows 11
You can add or remove holidays in the Outlook app on Windows 11. Here are the steps to add or remove holidays from the Calendar in Outlook app on Windows 11.
Step 1:Open theOutlook app > File > Options > Calendar.
Step 2:Click onAdd Holidays.
Step 3:Select thecountry whose holiday calendaryou want to use and then clickOkto confirm.
Step 4:Go back and then click theCalendaricon again on the left sidebar.
Step 5:Right-click on the date where you want to add a holiday and then selectNew All Day Event.
Step 6:Add a name to your holiday and then click onSave and Close.
Toremove a holiday, double-click on the date and then click theDeleteicon to remove the holiday.
On Mac
Step 1:Open theOutlook app > Calendar iconon the left side.
Step 2: Double-clickon the date where you want to add the holiday.
Step 3:Click thearrow iconat the top and then select theCalendarto which you want to add this holiday.
Step 4:Enter the details of your holiday and then enableAll Day.
Step 5:Click onSave.
To remove a holiday,double-clickon the holiday icon in your calendar and then click onDelete Event.
