When presenting your content in an organized manner, bullet points can showcase the highlights and important aspects without making the document verbose.
Step 1:VisitGoogle Docsand sign in to your account.
Step 2:Once the page loads, click onNew Document. You can also choose to edit fromRecent Documents.
Step 3:Place thecursor in the documentwhere you want to add bullet points.
Step 4:Look for thethree iconsat the top-right menu bar above your page.
Step 5:After selecting your design,start addingyour bullet points to the page.
Step 6:Once done, pressCommand/Control + Sto save changes.
Customize Bullet Points in Google Docs on Desktop
Step 1:Bring your mouse pointer to the top of thepreviously created bullet points.
Step 2:Click toselect themandright-clickto reveal additional options.
Step 3:Click onMore Bullets.
You will now see adialog boxwith various options for bullet point design. You can evendraw a bullet pointdesign using a stylus.
Step 4:Select abullet point design. The newly selected design will appear on your page.
Step 5:PressCommand/Control + Sto save changes.

TheGoogle Docs appand other Google Productivity Suite apps are available to download for Android and iPhone. When you have to edit your documents on the go, the Google Docs app works perfectly. Ensure that you have a strong internet connection to access your synced documents. Make sure to use the latest version of Google Docs on your device.
Follow these steps to add bullet points. The steps remain the same for Android and iPhone users.
Step 1:Open theGoogle Docs appon your Android or iPhone.
Step 2:Open aNew Documentor access aprevious oneyou want to edit.
Step 3:Tap thePencil iconat the bottom right to edit your document.
Step 4:Place thecursorin the document where you want to add bullet points.
Step 5:Tap theFont iconat the top right and select theParagraph tab.
Step 6:Tap to addBulleted ListorNumbered Listto your document.
Step 7:Select thedesignand addbullet pointsto the document.
Step 8:Tap theblue arrow iconat the top-left corner to save changes.
