Change Audio Output on Windows Using SoundSwitch

If you need more flexibility and customization options, third-party software like SoundSwitch can help. SoundSwitch is a lightweight application that lets you change your default audio playback device using user-defined hotkeys. Here’s how to use it.

Step 1: Download and installSoundSwitchon your Windows PC.

Step 2: Once installed,launchSoundSwitch from the Start Menu.

Step 3: Select thedevicesyou wish to toggle between once SoundSwitch launches.

Step 4: Check the box forHotkey enabledat the bottom. Once done, assign a custom hotkey. You can use the default hotkey, Alt + Control + F11, or anything you prefer.

Step 5: Once done, click onCloseto exit.

Step 6: Now, press theAlt + Control + F11keys together to switch to the audio output device. You’ll see a notification at the top-left corner of your screen indicating the same.
