How to Check Screen Time on Your Phone and Laptop

Check Screen Time on iPhone and iPad

Both iPhone and iPad have a built-in option that shows yourscreen time. Here’s how to check it:

Step 1:OpenSettingsand tapScreen Time. Here, you’ll see the screen time for your iOS device.

Step 2:Tap theSee All Apps & Website Activityoption. You’ll see the time spent on each app installed on your iOS device. You can select whether you want to see the weekly or daily data.

Check Screen Time on Samsung and Other Android Phones

Whether you have a Samsung phone or any other Android phone, you can check your screen time using the Digital Wellbeing app. This app is a Google LLC product and comes pre-installed on most modern Android phones. However, if it’s missing on your device,download it from the Play Store. Once you have the app on your phone, follow these instructions:

Step 1:OpenSettings> selectDigital Wellbeing & Parental Controls. On the next screen, you’ll see your Android phone’s screen time.

Step 2:Tap theDashboardoption, and you’ll see the time you’ve spent on each app installed on your phone.

Check Screen Time on Windows 11

If you want to check your screen time on Windows 11, you can do it through theSettings app. Here’s what you need to do:

Step 1:Open theSettingsapp > selectSystemfrom the sidebar > choosePower & batteryon the right.

Step 2:Click theBatteryusage dropdown arrow. You will see the screen time of your Windows 11 computer. Under theBattery usage per appsection, you will see the screen time you can spend on each app installed on your computer.

Check Screen Time on macOS

As with iOS devices, the screen time feature is also built-in to Mac computers. To check, follow these instructions:

Step 1: OpenSystem Settingson your Mac > selectScreen Timefrom the sidebar > chooseApp & Website Activityon the right.

Step 2:In the following window, you’ll see your device screen time. Under theAppssection, you can see the time you’ve spent on each app.
