How to Convert Google Forms to PDF

Google Forms doesn’t have a native option to convert it into PDF. However, you have to use a workaround by using the Print option to save a Google Form as a PDF.

On Windows or Mac

Step 1:Open theGoogle Formin edit mode in the Chrome browser.

Step 2:Click thethree-doticon at the top and selectPrint.

The Print window will show up.

Step 3: Click on thedrop-down boxnext to Destination and selectSave as PDF.

If you don’t see the Save as PDF option, click onSee Moreand choose theSave as PDFoption.

Step 4:Click theSave buttonand choose the download location on your PC to save the converted Google Form as PDF.

On Android

Step 1:Open theGoogle Formon your Android phone.

Step 2:Tap on thethree-dot iconright next to your profile picture and choosePrint.

Step 3:In the Print window, click on the printer and selectSave as PDF.

Step 4:Press thePDF buttonand choose the download location to export the Google Form as PDF on your Android phone.

On iPhone

Step 1: Open theGoogle Formin Safari on your iPhone.

Step 2:Tap on theShareicon and press theOptionsbutton in the Share Sheet.

Step 3:SelectPDFand pressDoneat the top.

Step 4:You will reach the Share Sheet again. Here, tap onSave to Files.

Step 5:Select the download location on your iPhone to save the PDF and press theSavebutton.

How to Convert Google Forms to Google Doc

Currently, there is no direct integration between Google Forms andGoogle Docs. So, you cannot directly export Google Forms to Docs. But, as always, there’s a workaround.

You need to first convert the Google Form to PDF (as shown above) and upload that PDF to Drive, followed by opening the PDF as Google Docs in Drive. Here’s how.

Step 1:Convert Google Forms to PDF following the above-mentioned methods.

Step 2:Open theGoogle Drivewebsite on your PC and click on theNewbutton on the left.

Step 3:ChooseFile Uploadand add the PDF from your PC.

You can even drag and drop the PDF from your computer to Google Drive.

Step 4:Once uploaded,right-clickon the PDF file in Google Drive and selectOpen with>Google Docs.

That’s it. Your Google Form will be converted to Google Docs.

How to Convert Google Forms to Word

Again, there’s no direct way to export Google Forms to Word. It’s necessary to convert the Google Form to PDF first. Then, convert the PDF into a Word document. Then, use free online tools likeILovePDF,Smallpdf, andSodaPDFto convert PDFs to Word documents.

Use these steps to convert PDF to Word using online tools:

Step 1:Open theILovePDFwebsite in any browser.

Step 2:Click on theSelect PDFfilebutton and choose the PDF you want to convert.

Step 3: Click onConvert to Wordto let the website do its magic.

Step 4:Once converted, click onDownload Wordto save the file on your computer.
