How to Remove Cards or Other Payment Methods From Amazon

You can update and remove payment methods on both the Amazon website and mobile application. Let’s first look at how to do it on the Amazon app.

Step 1:Open the Amazon app on your smartphone.

Step 2:Tap onMenuand go toAccount.

Step 3:Scroll to theAmazon Paysection and tapManage payment options.

Step 4:You will see the list of all saved payment methods on your Amazon account. Search for the card you want to delete and tap theRemovebutton.

Step 5: SelectConfirmto remove the app.

The selected card will get deleted from your Amazon account on all devices.

Step 1:Open the Amazon website in any web browser on your computer.

Step 2:Click on theAccounts & Listsbutton. This will take you to the dashboard of your Amazon account.

Step 3:Now, click onYour Payments. Amazon will show you all the saved payment options, including your credit and debit cards.

Step 4:Click on the card you want to delete from your Amazon account.

Step 5:Now, click on theEditbutton. This will show you all the card details.

Step 6:Click onRemove from wallet.

Step 7:Amazon will now ask you for a confirmation to delete this card from your account. Click onRemove.

The selected card will get deleted from your Amazon account, and this change will apply to all the devices where your account is signed in.
