How to Delete Photos from iPhone But Keep Them in Google Photos

Open Google Photos,swipe upthe photo you want to delete, and selectDelete from Device.The photo has not been backed up if you don’t see the option. Then tap onDeleteand confirm your action.

The photo will be moved to theRecently Deletedalbum on youriPhone Photos app. Open the album and delete the photo permanently.

How to Delete All Photos Backed up to Google Photos From iPhone

Open Google Photos and tap on yourprofile iconat the top right corner. Then, tap onFree up Space>deleteto confirm. This will delete all the local copies of photos on your iPhone.

Then, go to theRecently Deletedalbum on the Photos app anddeleteall the images permanently.
