Mass Delete Emails on iPhone and iPad
Let us begin with the steps to bulk delete emails in the Mail app on your iPhone or iPad. Ensure that you are using the latest version of the app to avoid any hiccups while following the steps.
Step 1:Open the Mail app and then tap onEditat the top-right corner.
Step 2:Tap andselect the individual emailsthat you want to delete.
To speed up the process, you canswipe down through the checkboxes to select multiple emails.
Step 3:Long-press theArchive optionat the bottom-right corner and then tap onDelete Selected Messages.
In case you prefer todelete emails instead of archiving them, here’s how to set it as the default option on your iPhone or iPad.
Step 1:OpenSettings > Mail > Accounts > Tap on your email account > Advanced.
Step 2:SelectDeleted Mailbox. Then go to theAccounts pageand then tapDoneat the top-right corner.
Mass Delete Emails on Mac

Step 1:Open theMailapp.

On iPhone and iPad

Step 2:Once you see all the emails received from that sender, tap onEditand thenselect those emails.
To speed up the process, you canswipe down through the checkboxesuntil you reach the bottom of the screen.
Step 3:Tap theDeleteicon at the bottom.
On Mac
Step 1:Open theMailapp on your Mac and then search for thesender’s name.
Step 2:Once you see all the emails received from that sender, pressCommand + Ato select them all and then click theDeleteicon.
