How to Pair Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro to Other Devices

With iPhone

Step 1: If you’ve paired the earphones with another device already, it’s best to reset the earphones before proceeding. To do so,press and hold the touch padsuntil you hear a series of beeps.

Step 2: Next, open theBluetooth menuon your iPhone via the Control Center. If the buds are in pairing mode, they will show up in the list of devices.

Just tap to select, and that’s about it.

Note: While all the previous Galaxy Buds let you connect to Apple iPhones using the iOS Buds app, the Galaxy Buds Pro doesn’t support this feature. This means you will miss out on features like Ambient Noise, touchpad customization, and others.

With Your Windows PC or Desktop

Step 1: On your Windows PC or laptop, press the Windows Key + I together toopen Settings.

Step 2: Search forDevice > Bluetooth & other devices, and click onAdd Bluetooth & other devices > Bluetoothto start the scan.

Step 3: Now, all you need to do isclick on Buds Proin the list of available devices to complete the pairing process.

Step 4: Alternatively, if your laptop has a newer Bluetooth card, there’s a faster method available. Head on toWindows Settings > Bluetooth & other devices, and enable the checkbox next to ‘Show notifications to connect using Swift Pair‘.

Step 5: When enabled, the laptop will give you an option to connect to previously connected Bluetooth devices like earphones and headphones, even when they are disconnected or unpaired.

Note: Unlike with iPhones, the Samsung Buds Pro still gives you the option to play with the touchpads. For instance, a single tap will play/pause songs, and a double tap will skip the songs. Additionally, the buds will switch to the ANC when you long press and hold the touchpad.

With Mac

Step 1: Open the Action Center on your Mac (upper right corner) and selectBluetooth > Bluetooth Preferencesfrom the menu. Again, you need to keep the buds close to your Mac.

Step 2: If the earphones are in pairing mode, they will show up under Devices. Click on theConnectbutton to pair your Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro.

Note: Similar to Windows laptops, you will be able to use all three touchpad actions. So if you hear someone calling while you are listening to yourfavorite songs on Spotify, you can tap on the buds once to pause the song.
