How to Remove Top Sites and News Feed
Step 1:When you open a new tab, click on theSettings iconat the top right.
Step 2:In the pop-up menu, click on thedrop-down menuunder Quick Links and selectOff. Additionally, turn off the toggle forShow Promoted Links.
Step 3:To disable News Feed, turn off the toggle forShow Feed. If you want to turn it off, you can always change how it is displayed.
Alternatively, you can also disableWeatherandBackground. Restart Microsoft Edge to apply all the changes.

How to Change Home Page on Microsoft Edge
If you don’t want to see Microsoft Edge’s default home page, you can add a website of your choice.
Step 1:Open theEdge Settings> go toStart, Home, and New Tabs.
Step 2:Under the When Microsoft Edge Starts menu, selectAdd a New Siteand enter theURLof your choice. We’ve added the link to Google Search.
The website you have added will open each time you start Microsoft Edge. You can also set multiple sites to open up as you start Edge.
Step 3:You can also configure Edge to open a website when you click on the Home button. Under the Home Button menu, check the box and enter thewebsite’s link.
