How to Report Someone on Snapchat
The Snapchat app offers an identical interface on the iPhone and Android. We took screenshots using the Snapchat app for iPhone. You can follow the same steps if you have an Android.
Step 1:OpenSnapchaton your iPhone or Android.
Step 2:Hit thesearch barat the top and search for an account you want to report.
Step 3:Select anaccountto open the info menu.
Step 4:Tap thethree-dot menuat the top right corner.
Step 5:If the person isn’t on your friends’ list, you will see Block and Report options. If you have added the account to your friends’ list, tapManage Friendshipfrom the same menu.
Step 6:SelectReport. You have two reasons for reporting someone on Snapchat.
Step 7:Select arelevantoption. For this article, we’ve selected theInappropriate contentoption as an example.
Step 8:Select a reason from thesubsequent menuand provide moreinformationabout why you’re reporting the account.
Step 9:HitSubmitto send your report to Snapchat.
Note that you can’t attach a picture with your report. As such, be specific about the account behavior to get it banned on the platform.
