How to Save a Screenshot as PDF in Windows 10/11

Method 1: Using Snipping Tool
Windows comes with the Snipping Tool built into it. With this tool, you may take screenshots and save them as PDFs, as shown below.
Step 1:Click themagnifying lenson the start menu, typesnip, and clickSnipping Toolto launch the app.
Step 2:ClickNew, then take your screenshot.
Step 3:Click theMoreicon, then clickPrint.
Step 4:Under thePrinteroptions, choose theMicrosoft Print to PDFoption, then click thePrintbutton.
Step 5:Name your file and hit Save, and it should save automatically as a PDF.
Method 2: Saving Screenshot PDF Using the Photos App
While the Photos app is not meant for screenshooting, it is a native Windows app for opening images, including screenshots. You may use it to save them as PDFs.
Step 1:Right-click on the screenshot, clickOpen withfrom the context menu, and clickPhotos.
Step 2:PressCtrl+Pto open the print interface.
Step 3:Under thePrinteroptions, choose theMicrosoft Print to PDFoption, then click thePrintbutton.
Method 3: Using the Paint App
Like Photos, the Paint app is another alternative for saving screenshots as PDFs. It is also a native Windows application. Follow the steps below.
Step 1:Right-click on the screenshot, clickOpen withfrom the context menu, and clickPaint.
Step 2:PressCtrl+Pto open the print interface.
Step 3:Under thePrinteroptions, choose theMicrosoft Print to PDFoption, then click thePrintbutton.
