How to Unlike All Posts on Instagram
On Mobile App
The steps are identical on Android devices and iPhones.
Step 1: Open theInstagramapp and tap on theprofile tabat the bottom.
Step 2: Now, tap thehamburgermenuand selectYour activityfrom the list.
Step 3: Tap onLikes.
Step 4: Now, tap onSelect.
Step 5: Select the posts you wish to unlike and tapUnlike.

Using Mobile Browser
Step 1: OpenInstagramon any browser and tap thegear icon.
Step 2: TapYour activity.
Step 3: Now, tap onInteractions.

Step 5: On the next page, tap onSelect.

On the Desktop Browser
Step 1: OpenInstagramon any browser and ensure you’re signed in.

Remove Likes From Posts From a Specific Instagram Account
If you have some particular accounts in mind, instead of getting rid of all your likes, you can choose to unlike every post or reel from those specific accounts. Here are the steps to do so.
Note: You can’t remove likes from posts from specific accounts using a browser. You can only do so using the Instagram mobile app.
Step 1: Open theInstagramapp, go to yourprofile, and tap thehamburger menu.
Step 2: TapYour activity.
Step 3: Tap onLikesunder the Interactions section.
Step 4: Now, tap onAll authors.
Step 5: Type the name of the accounts and tap to select the accounts. Once done, tap onApply.

Step 7: Select the posts and then tapUnlike.
How to Unlike Every Instagram Post Within a Specific Date Range
On Instagram Mobile App

How to Delete All Saved Posts on Instagram
Similar to liked posts, saved posts on Instagram can also get overwhelming. Luckily, Instagram allows you to mass unsave posts using its mobile app. While there’s no native option to do so using the desktop website, we have a workaround. Keep reading.
Using the Instagram App
Step 1: Open theInstagramapp and go to yourprofileusing the bottom tab.

Step 5: TapSelect.
Step 6: Now, select all the posts and tapUnsave.
Using Instagram Website
The Instagram website only allows you to unsave a single post at a time. However, if you don’t have access to your smartphone and still wish to unsave all saved Instagram posts, here is a small workaround.
You can use an emulator on your Mac or PC to do so.NoxPlayerandBlueStacksare some of the popular emulators for PC and Mac. Meanwhile, if you are on Windows, you can also run Android apps natively on your PC using the Windows Subsystem.
Once you have installed the emulator, launch the emulator and sign in with your Google account. Now, follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Launch thePlay Storeon your emulator and click on thesearch bar.
Step 2: Search forInstagramand clickInstallwhen the result appears.
Step 3: Click onOpen.
Step 4: Fill in your credentials and click onLog In.
Step 5: Now, go to yourprofileand click on thehamburger menu.
The next steps remain similar to the method illustrated in the previous section for unsave posts. Basically, we are using the Instagram app on the desktop.

Instagram has not specified a limit publicly. But if your liked list is too long, just don’t go unliking thousands of posts in a single day. It might get your account locked.
Instagram hasn’t specified a limit for the same. If your saved list is too long, don’t go on an unsaving spree. Doing so might lock your account as it messes with the Instagram algorithm.
Unfortunately, no. There is no way to recover your unliked and unsaved posts. Hence, proceed with caution.
